We are located at 1323 Phase-3, GIDC Vatva, Ahmedabd, Gujarat, India. And have a well equipped works with machinery backed by skilled labour & supervised by qualified engineers. The works is equipped with three bay of crane with lifting capacity of fifteen tonnes & above. The inspection plan & quality assurance plan. The inspection is carried out by senior, experienced person only.we are catering needs of various industries since last 25years. The machine shop for machining is equipped with cnc vtl, planning machine, shapping, boring machine.

We have a dedicated teams for ss / ms fabrication and have carried out various jobs for tanks, silos, pneumatic transfer system from tanks, as regards ss work we have till date supplied various vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, receiver, columns etc. To pharmacuetical and chemical industry. We provide quality assurance plan to meet client requirement. We have till the date carried out various jobs of site fabrication, erection,installation, under various inspectionagencies i.e. N.t.p.c.,d.c.p.l., m.n.dastur & co.,for our jobs with m/s. Elecon engineers co.ltd. Recently we have exicuted an offshore project of 52 tonnes for end use of m/s. Ongc bhn platform. The inspection was carried out by m/s. Engineers india ltd.

Our range of works extended to dry pollution control equipement and scrubber for wet pollution. We have fabricated and installed four nos. Of bag filter for m/s. Ryon ltd., verawal as per m/s, crollreynold and m/s. Mazda controls ltd. The works involved detail engineering of heavy duct work and fabrication of specialize poppet damper, various hopper etc. Total works was approximately 80 to 90 tonnes. As regard engineering practices, we do detail engineering drawing, select procedure as per criticalities, test materials for chemical and physical properties, inspect jobs dimensionally as per inspection plans and chec properties, inspect jobs dimensionally as per inspection plans and check properties for welding defect by d.p. Test, x-ray testing if required we also provide hydro testingand other pressure testing as for painting we provide normal painting and with sand blasting if required. Currently we have executed project for schlumberger for frac tanks with frp lining with vinyl ester resin for 6 mm thickness and have also further executed work for batch mixer and silo with frp lining.
